With a journey to discover typical heritages from the Central to the North, you will have an unforgettable experience of a friendly and beautiful Vietnam.

DAY 1 - HCM city – flight to Danang – transfer to Hoian

Start at your home very early at 06:00 AM, you will have to pick up then transfer to the airport for flight to Da Nang. VN112 HCM City - Danang 23 Jan 08:00 to 23 Jan 09:20 Vietnam Airlines. Airport pick up upon arrival by our guide and driver. The you start to visit Danang city: First, you’ll be transferred to Ngu Hanh Son (Marble Mountain), you’ll discover the stunning natural caves, enjoy the beautiful view from the top of the mountain, visit the mysterious pagodas and the sculpturing village. Then you move to Cham Museum. 10:30 Drive along Hoang Sa – Truong Sa street to Son Tra peninsula, you’ll pass and enjoy a sea bath on My Khe Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches Forbes magazine voted. Then, you’ll visit Linh Ung pagoda with the highest Lady Buddha statue in Vietnam (67 meters height, approximately 30 stories). 12h30: Have lunch at local restaurant 13h30: You’ll pay a visit to the Champa Sculpture Art Visit, which shows the most complete collection of rare and valuable items of the famous Cham culture. 15h00: Visit and Han market, one of the city’s major traditional markets and among its most-visited attractions for both domestic and foreign visitors. This market is well-known for its live and fresh seafood, as well as its fresh fruits and vegetables, and local specialities. 15h30: Transfer from Danang to Hoi An.Check in at hotel and rest of the day is at your leisure in Hoian.

DAY 2 - Countryside tour & visit ancient town of Hoian

At 8.00 AM, we meet at your hotel for a very short transfer to the boat docks, we boat to a fishing village where you see & experience the life of a fisherman here, activities from preparing the fishing tools to go fishing. Followed by a short basket boat row along the village of water coconut before our lunch. We then cycle along the country road through the paddy fields of rice, coconut or corn heading to the main town of Hoian. Our afternoon is continued with sightseeing to the famous cultural sites around Hoian, we end our trip at around 5:00 PM

DAY 3 - Hoian – Hue – visit Hue imperial city - Anan Mandara Hue Resort

After breakfast at your hotel around 07:00AM we leave Hoian to Hue city (about 3.5 hours drive). Arrive in Hue and start a day trip to explore Hue Imperial City. This morning, you will start a tour to visit and go shopping for free at Dong Ba Market – the most famous market in Hue, to discover daily life and get more experience with the local people here. Next is the Citadel (Imperial City) – the Royal Palace of Nguyen Kings with many constructions of Flag Tower, Five Phoenix Tower, Thai Hoa Palace, Mieu Temple, Nine Urn Dynasties, etc. Have lunch at a local restaurant to test traditional food in Hue. Pm: Afternoon is the time for exploration of the Royal Mausoleum of Nguyen’s Kings. You have a chance to visit two of six tombs that still remain as original architecture. Khai Dinh tomb gives the view and architecture a combination of Western and Oriental while Minh Mang tomb gives you back Oriental architecture by the harmony between natural landscapes and construction, a very quiet and beautiful site to see and relax. After that, you will make a boat trip on the Perfume River. It gives you a fresh space to integrate into nature and to see green color along the bank side of the river, especially in the summer when flowers bloom with beautiful views. Visit Thien Mu Pagoda as the legend is the starting point for Nguyen Reign. To have dinner and enjoy the traditional Royal folk song of Hue. After that ,you will drive 12km from Hue city to Ana Mandara resort. Check in and beach time then.

DAY 4,5 - Free time at beach

You own time at the beach.We will suggest you some suitable restaurants for you to experience meals there.

DAY 6 - Anan Mandara Hue Resort – transfer to Dong Hoi visit Phong Nha cave – Hue city

Am: Leave your hotel at 7:00 am for Quang Binh Province, you will have a chance to travel on Ho Chi Minh trail – a legendary one during the Vietnam & American war which passes through Quang Tri Province. On arrival at Quang Binh you will have lunch at a restaurant. Pm: After lunch, you will take a boat along Son River, pass through the river and forest to Phong Nha Caves – World Nature Heritage Site. Here is the chance to discover the natural beauty of stalactites with the wonderful sights. Cung Dinh cave, Tien Cave and Bi Ky Cave have beautiful limestone formations in different shapes as your imagination. After that you leave Phong Nha cave to return to Hue City through Highway in the late afternoon. I Arrived in Hue city around 7:00 pm. End of tour.

DAY 7 - Hue –flight to Hanoi – Hanoi city tour

After breakfast, you will have transfer to airport. Upon arrival in Hanoi. You will have to pick up the city to start exploring. You visit the President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (visit outside) - the last resting place of the beloved leader of the nation of Vietnam, and Uncle Ho's stilt house where Uncle Ho lived and worked from 1958 to 1969. 10:00 Next stop is One Pillar Pagoda - the pagoda has a unique architecture with the appearance of a lotus pond rising in the middle of a square lake. 11:00 Visit Ethnology Museum, where many cultural objects of 54 ethnic groups are kept and displayed. 13:00: lunch by traditional noodle restaurant. 14:00 You visit the Temple of Literature - the first university of Vietnam to worship Confucius. 15:30 The last stop is Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple. 4:00 pm you have an hour to visit the old town by bicycle

DAY 8 - Hanoi – Mai Chau

At 08:00 AM, depart from Hanoi to Mai Chau – an idyllic valley home to many hill tribes including the Dzao, Muong and Thai. Arrive in Mai Chau around noon, check in your room and enjoy lunch. In the afternoon, cycle to explore Mai Chau, beautiful ethnic villages including Na Thai, Nhot, Pom Coong, Lac and Chieng Chau villages. Be welcomed by the friendly local people, talk with them and discover their traditional culture. Total cycling time is around 2 – 3 hours on flat village paths. Take it all in: the spectacular scenery of Mai Chau and the relaxed rhythm of local life. Back to Mai Chau Ecolodge for dinner. For evening enjoyment, you may choose to take part in a traditional dance show with Ruou Can (a local wine), a cooking class, a weaving class or all. Overnight at Mai Chau Ecolodge.

DAY 9 - Mai Chau – Puluong Nature Reserve – Mai Chau

07.00: Having breakfast at Orchid Restaurant 08.30: Get on car transfer to Pù Luông natural reserve (in Thanh Hóa province) which is 1,45hrs to 2 hrs driving away from Mai Chau Ecolodge. 10.30: Arrive Đôn village and then start the off road trekking tour from Đôn village and passing some tribal villages (Ươi village, Lặn village…). We can have an overview of Ưoi village from the road on the top side. After 1 hour following small muddy trails, getting through dense forest and tracking along stream to reach Lặn village, you will catch plenty of rural beautiful scenery of local life, people doing farm-work. The rustic beauty here will amaze you definitely. 11.30: From Lặn village we will go by car to Nủa village (only 30 minutes transferring) 12.00: Arrive Nủa village and stop at one of the local house-hold , then having lunch at this local house - A really traditional and fantastic lunch with lots of cuisines such as domestic chicken, bamboo roots, grilled pork paste…. Take time to get knowledge on their culture and life. And you will be amazed by the house owners’ friendliness 13.00: Take a rest before starting to trekk from Nủa to Hiêu village. 15.00: Arrive Pho Doan to join the car back to Ecolodge (take the different way back to catch different seeing of amazing giant bamboo water wheels) 17.00: End of program

DAY 10 - Mai Chau – Trang An, Ninh Binh - Hanoi

It’s great to take a slow walk around the village with your camera to see life going early. We will say good-bye to our host by around 8.00 AM for our wonderful 2hours transfer to Trang An world heritage site. We will do a boat ride in about 1,5 hours along the meandering stream with towering limestone mountain peaks, and row through some limestone caves too. We returned to Hanoi in the late afternoon at around 6:00 PM.

DAY 11 - Hanoi – Halong, welcome on boat

Safely back in Hanoi at 5:00 AM please find your way on foot back to a prearranged hotel near the train station. Shower, short rest and basic breakfast. Departure for Ha Long Bay is around 8:00 AM in a shared van (about 4 hours) from your hotel. Arrive at the port around noon. Welcomed on board, you are taken to your cabin before the trip briefing. You enjoy a fresh and local seafood lunch while cruising to explore the magic Bai Tu Long Bay. Enjoy our padding around Cap La fishing village by kayak then we keep cruising to Cong Do. Later you return back to the boat just in time to watch the beautiful sunset from the top deck before enjoying the bay’s freshest seafood dinner.

DAY 12 - Explore Bai Tu Long bay, back to Hanoi. Hanoi street food tour

Early risers can enjoy the sunrise and the quiet breath-taking beauty of Bay’s landscape with towering limestone. You have breakfast at around 8:00 AM before our short rowboat by the locals of the bay. Lunch on the boat as we slowly cruise back to the boat pier. Hit the road, stopping for a water puppet show at a traditional Vietnamese village before arriving back to Hanoi around 16:30 PM. Stay overnight at your hotel.

DAY 13 - Departure Hanoi. Goodbye Vietnam

Breakfast at a hotel. Depending on your flight you may have some time for shopping. Then we transfer you to the airport for your flight home.
