The Nguon people have their own unique language, distinct cultural activities and quite rich folk arts values. They live by farming, fishing, hunting and collecting honey. In addition to these occupations, up to now there are still popular natural gathering occupations for daily food such as snail catching, Lao eggplant picking, wild vegetable picking, yam digging, etc.
